Detailed Information and Consent Form for Online Legal Consultation
The working principles of the online legal consultation system and the rights and responsibilities of the parties are outlined below.
- The duration of the online consultation is 15 minutes, with an additional 15 minutes added depending on the consultation topic. Each session is charged separately.
- You can cancel your online appointment up to 2 hours in advance and receive a refund. The refund period may vary depending on the payment method, the date of the request, and your bank's policies.
- If you do not attend the meeting on time, you cannot request a refund of the consultation fee.
- If you notify us at least 2 hours before the consultation that you cannot attend, the session may be rescheduled once, at a time and date deemed suitable by Mecra Legal, upon your request.
- You can use the Online Legal Consultation System from computers, tablets, and mobile devices through the link provided to you before the meeting. If you request it at least 1 (one) hour before the meeting time, you can also receive this service via direct GSM communication.
- You can securely make payments and conduct consultations on our site, which is protected with 256Bit SSL.
- You can choose to hide your image during the consultation.
- Whether audio or video recordings will be made during the consultations will be determined by the consent of the parties. Unless otherwise stated, consultations will be recorded.
- By approving the informed consent form, which ensures that no digital recordings of the consultations will be made and that the privacy of the parties will be protected under the personal data protection law, you agree that no person other than yourself will participate in, listen to, or record the consultations without prior consent.
- Approving the information and explicit consent texts related to the online consultation will be understood as acceptance of the conditions that you will not record any part of the consultations or allow others to listen to the session (via phone or any other device or means) without prior agreement.
- All consultations conducted within the scope of online consultancy will remain between the parties involved, except in cases of legal obligations. Information can be shared with authorized authorities and courts only when required by law and necessity.
I acknowledge that I have been adequately informed about the processing of my personal data, including special category personal data as defined in the Data Protection Law, to be used and shared within the scope of the related process, and stored for the necessary period, and that I freely give my explicit consent without any pressure or threat; I declare that I have read and understood this Clarification Statement.
